Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how you can cancel an order or request a refund for products or services purchased through our Platform.

  • Cancellation Requests:
    Cancellations will be considered only if requested within 45 days of placing the order. However, if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant and shipping is initiated or the product is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may refuse the product at the doorstep.

  • Perishable Items:
    Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable goods such as flowers or food. Refunds or replacements may be provided if you can prove the delivered product’s quality is unsatisfactory.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    Report any damaged or defective items to our customer service team within 45 days of receipt. The seller/merchant will verify the claim before any action is taken.

  • Product Not as Described or Unsatisfactory:
    Notify our customer service within 45 days if the product differs from its description or does not meet your expectations. Our team will review the complaint and decide on appropriate resolution.

  • Warranty Issues:
    For products covered by manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly for support.

  • Refund Processing:
    If a refund is approved by Ruthvika Communication, it will be processed within 45 days.
